ITT stands for “In The Trenches”. For our founder, Sergio Render, that phrase means something personal. Growing up, life was not easy. The trenches were not a metaphor. They were real. Hard circumstances, tough choices, and the kind of pressure that either breaks you or builds you. Sergio chose to fight through it.
